London Road South in Lowestoft was blocked following a collision between two cars.
Police were on the scene near the junction between London Road South and Pakefield Street.
An ambulance attended to the drivers.
Officers advised drivers to avoid the area as the road would remain blocked until the drivers have been tended to.
Traffic was reportedly affecting Walmer Road, The Avenue and Blackheath Road as a result.
The road became unblocked around 4pm.
