The Lowestoft Players are in the midst of rehearsals for their upcoming January pantomime.
They will be performing Goldilocks and The Three Bears for the first time.
The cast comprises 24 adults, 12 children, and two juniors, all eager to bring the show to life.
The Players have been entertaining Lowestoft for over 50 years and the panto will be another feather in their cap.
With a circus theme and a cast of four-legged fluffy extras, the show promises to be a treat for all ages.
Among the cast is Chris Tanton-Willis, who will be playing Dame Betty Big Top.
This role is a colourful change from his day job in local government.
Mr Tanton-Willis said: "I played an ugly sister in last year’s production of Cinderella.
“Excuse the pun, but I really did have such a ball so when the opportunity arose for me to audition for a similar role again this year I thought to myself ‘well, I’ll have to do it again then, won’t I?’, I was just thrilled.”
The show will feature three human bears - Daddy Bear, played by Jimmy Atkin, Mummy Bear, portrayed by Emily Simpson, and Baby Bear, brought to life by Ellie Rodgers.
However, there will be more than just these three.
Mr Tanton-Willis said: “I’ve been told that these little cuties are going to make an extra special appearance in the show, but I am not allowed to tell you in what form.
"I have grown quite attached to them."

The production will run from January 18 to January 26 at The Marina Theatre, Lowestoft.
As always, the show will be full of songs, dances, bright costumes, and slapstick comedy.
There will also be audience participation and plenty of cheesy jokes.
