A plot of land in an idyllic rural location is set to be auctioned off next month.
People have "a rare opportunity" to own an equestrian small holding as property off East End Lane, Aldeby - between Beccles and Lowestoft - goes up for sale.
Known as Aldeby Ark Stables, this parcel of land will go under the hammer at an online auction on Wednesday, December 11. The land, marketed by Auction House East Anglia, is due to be sold on a freehold tenure, with a guide price of £90,000 to £110,000 plus fees.
Surrounded by open countryside, the equestrian small holding comprises 3.62 acres of paddocks, stable block and tack room.
The land is currently let on an informal basis at £300 pcm (£3,600 pa).
The auctioneers added: "The buyer can either continue with this arrangement or complete with vacant possession."
