There are so many beautiful and charming villages to choose from in Suffolk.
Now, the Telegraph travel writer, Martin Dunford, has chosen 10 of his favourites in a recent article 'The 10 prettiest villages in Suffolk' .
Mr Dunford said the list includes "picture-postcard villages full of timbered medieval houses, outsized churches and whitewashed guildhalls".

Long Melford
Kersey, near Hadleigh, was Mr Dunford's favourite village for its "bendy pink and orange thatched houses", its historic timbered framed pub, The Bell Inn, and its 12th-century church.
Dunwich and Walberswick were also given a shoutout for their beautiful coastal walks and medieval ports.
Meanwhile, the seaside villages ofLavenham, in the Babergh district, was also included in Mr Dunford's list and was recently listed in the Daily Mail's article for the 32 best high streets in Britain.
Long Melford, which was commended for its impressive church of the Holy Trinity and its Nethergate Brewery, recently saw incredible views of the Northern Lights in the Suffolk skies.
