A plot of land near a railway line has been sold before going under the hammer.
The rectangular block of land off a private track, which is part let at Ivy Pit, Ivy Lane in Carlton Colville, has been "sold prior" to auction.
Lowestoft, people had the chance to own the site - which is arranged as six storage yards, two of which are let - as it was offered for sale.
Described as land for sale adjoining a railway line at Carlton Colville inWith the site classed as land used for storage and premises, it was set to go under the hammer at auction next week.
Listed as part of the Auction House East Anglia lots for their auction on Wednesday, October 23, the land measures around 3.69 acres.
It was due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction with a guide price of £80,000 to £100,000 plus fees.
But ahead of the auction, a spokesman for the auctioneers said the land at Ivy Pit, Ivy Lane, Carlton Colville in Lowestoft had been "sold prior" to auction for an undisclosed amount.
