A family-owned and family-run mobility retailer is celebrating a special milestone.
Serving the community since 2004, mobility equipment supplier East Coast Mobility said it was proud to be marking its "20 year anniversary" in Lowestoft.
With a mission "to enhance the lives of the less able and provide a great service to our customers", the trusted supplier has been "the chosen mobility retailer for thousands" over the years from its showroom based at Carlton Road.
Of the 20-year celebrations at East Coast Mobility, Josh Coles, marketing manager, said: "We have been striving for this for over 20 years now and are constantly working hard to making people lives easier throughout the region.
"From mobility scooters to beds and chairs, power and wheelchairs to a variety of daily living aids, we offer mobility products to ensure that everybody’s lifestyle is as comfortable as possible.
"Our comprehensive product range means we can offer very best tailored and independent advice.
"With a combined team experience of over 60 years in suppling mobility equipment, we have the knowledge to support our clients, offering the very best independent advice."
And marking the 20-year milestone in style with their "very own" party - a Mad Hatter tea party that's being held alongside offering "some fantastic packages you can now take advantage of" - Mr Coles said: "We believe that we are different from other mobility retailers on the market and you will recognise this if you come to visit us.
"One thing that makes us stand out is our own fully operational in-house workshop which is geared up for the toughest of engineering and technical challenges.
"Filled with equipment so no matter what our team is faced with, we can fix it - from puncture to insurance repairs, tyre replacements or electrical or mechanical faults, our professional team of technicians are prepared and ready."
Call into the showroom Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 4.30pm.
