People now have the chance to own "a rectangular block of land" that is part let and "arranged as six storage yards" off Ivy Pit, Ivy Lane in Carlton Colville as it is being offered for sale at auction.
Auction House East Anglia, and described as "land for sale" at Carlton Colville in Lowestoft, it is due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction on Wednesday, October 23, with a guide price of £80,000 to £100,000 plus fees.

The property description from the auctioneers states that the land is around 3.69 acres - subject to measured survey - that is "part let, producing £11,000 pa."
It adds: "A rectangular block of land located down a private track adjoining a railway line.
"There is a certificate of lawful use for storage and dismantling of scrap metal dated August 23 1993.
"The site is arranged as six storage yards, two of which are let with yard 4 producing £500 pcm (£6,000 pa) on a seven year lease from 2022.
"Yard 5 is let at £416.66 pcm (£5,000 pa), however will be vacant on completion.
"There is a break clause in the lease for yard 4 in September 2025 with a six month notice period.
"We are informed by the seller that there is electric and water on site."
Described as a "brownfield site with an uncommon established use dating back to 1947," the site is classed as land used for storage and premises.
It contains two permanent storage buildings made from timber and clad in metal.
It adds: "The first building is shaped in a L fashion, measures roughly 65sq m and is located in yard 3 - this is about 20 years old.
"The second building is around 105sq m, is split in two halves and is also about 20 years old.
