Two local Homebase stores are set to close as part of a national shake-up.
Sainsbury's has announced it will take on 10 Homebase branches and convert them to supermarkets including stores in Cromer and Lowestoft.
The conversions are expected to be complete by the end of 2025, with the first of the new Sainsbury's stores opening next summer.
Around 1,000 new jobs will be created nationwide and Sainsbury's has promised to interview all affected Homebase employees.
There will still be around 150 surviving Homebase stores across the country.
