A burglar carried out an untidy search of bedrooms after breaking into a home during an overnight raid.
Detectives are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information in connection with a burglary in Kessingland, near Lowestoft.
A home on Wash Lane in Kessingland was targeted during the overnight raid at the weekend.
Lowestoft police said the burglary happened sometime between midnight on Saturday, August 17 and 10pm on Sunday, August 18.
A police spokesman said: "An unknown person gained entry via a kitchen door at the side of the home by snapping the lock.
"An untidy search was conducted of bedrooms.
"Can you help?
"Do you live nearby and witnessed anyone acting suspiciously, or do you have any security systems that may have captured images that may help with this investigation?"
