In celebration of Pride, East Point Pavilion in Lowestoft is teaming up with its regular comedy partner, Hooma Comedy, for an LGBT+ themed stand-up comedy night on Friday, August 2.
The humour-filled prelude is set to kick off an exciting weekend of Pride events, including a party in Sparrows Nest Park on Saturday, August 3, with famous names such as Babs Romance MP, Garrie Grubb, Ciara Jack and Alice Frick.
Tickets for the comedy night are priced at £7.50 in advance or £10 at the door.
The Pride festivities will continue with an 'After Pride Party Spectacular!' at East Point Pavilion.
Collaborating with the creators of 'Now! That’s What I Call Drag!', they're promising a night of outstanding singing, legendary lip-syncs and cabaret chaos, starting at 9pm.
East Point Pavilion General Manager, Lee Johnson said: “We are really pleased to be involved in the Lowestoft Pride celebrations making sure that the UK’s most easterly pride is one to remember and for it to keep growing.”
