A popular community venue is launching a versatile Christmas programme.
The Seagull, an arts venue in Pakefield, has unveiled its Christmas 2024 programme packed with diverse events to entertain everyone.
Assistant manager Des Reynolds said: “The Seagull is first and foremost a community space, so at Christmas we like to make sure there is something to suit all tastes and all budgets."
Panto fun for families is in store with 'Santa and the Magical Snow Globe,' following the success of the previous year’s early years audience-focused pantomime.
The theatre is also producing Disney's 'Frozen Jr' with an entirely local young cast, set for four performances in December.
Community events are a focal point at the Seagull, and this year they're bringing Charles Dickens' classic 'A Christmas Carol' to the historic Lowestoft high street.
Mr Reynold's said: "Our fantastic range of early years productions have grown over the years and we are proud to be offering a low cost opportunity for families to bring their young children to the theatre once again this year.
"We also know though that many of our local residents do not always feel comfortable in a traditional theatre space, which is why we are branching out this year with a community production in the Historic High Street of Lowestoft.

"We hope many more people will be able to enjoy theatre this Christmas as a result of this production."
The Christmas Cabaret is also making a return after its 2023 success.
Mr Reynold's said: "And of course, no one can forget the outrageous performance we had last year from Dame Cherie Bakewell, and we are thrilled she will be gracing us again with her presence this Christmas."
Bookings for all Christmas shows are now open via the Seagull box office, with full details of the festive programme available online.
