Two racing bikes and a mountain bike were stolen by thieves during separate raids in a coastal town.

The latest thefts of expensive bikes comes after thieves stole five bikes from a back garden and a garage as two homes were targeted in Lowestoft.

Police are now seeking witnesses and are appealing for information in connection with the latest thefts after two further homes in Lowestoft were targeted.

A red Scott mountain bike was stolen from a garden in Surrey Street, Lowestoft.

The locked mountain bike was stolen about 2am on Monday, July 1.

"Can you help?" a police spokesman said.

Two Giant flat bar racing bikes were stolen from the back of a vehicle that had been parked on a driveway on Lowestoft Road, Carlton Colville.

One of the bikes is black and red, with the other blue and pink, as thieves struck  in the early hours of Saturday morning, June 29 about 1am to 1.05am.

A police spokesman said: "Can you help?"

Information about either thefts should be directed to Suffolk police quoting crime reference numbers 37/37138/24 or 37/36834/24 respectively via 101.
