The trial of a 31-year-old man accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm will take place in December next year.
Michael Brown of St Peter’s Street, Lowestoft appeared before Ipswich Crown Court on Friday, June 14 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
He pleaded not guilty to inflicting grievous bodily harm on the alleged victim on June 30 last year.
His trial, which is expected to last three days, will take place during a two week warned list starting on December 8, 2025.
A pre trial review will take place on November 21, 2025.
Judge David Wilson allowed Brown's unconditional bail to continue.
