The reopening date for a historic coastal hotel and pub has been announced.
Last month Graham Bishop was revealed as the new owner of the Tramway Hotel in Pakefield, near Lowestoft.
Mr Bishop has now announced that the venue will open on Saturday at 4pm.
Due to an ongoing problem with gas supply, they will only be opening the bar for drinks.
Mr Bishop said that he hopes to be able to open the Tramways Coffee Bar from Monday where visitors will be able to buy breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas.
Built in the early 1900s, the Tramway took its name from a tram terminal that formerly stood on the opposite side of the road.
In 2016, it was saved from being converted into a Tesco supermarket following a public campaign and in 2021, £35,000 was invested into the building by publican Mark Edmonds.
Mr Bishop said the pub will reopen with new chefs, bar and housekeeping staff.
