A former lighting business and long serving travel agents could be set for a new lease of life.
The vacant former mixed use property on Lowestoft High Street is set to come up for auction once more.
The vacant shop and flat on the town's historic High Street - which dates back to the 1880s - failed to sell at a previous online property auction.
After "the bidding reached £131,000" the "deceptively spacious mixed use property" was "unsold" at the auction.
Now the property at 90 & 90A High Street in Lowestoft is set to go under the hammer again next month.
Marketed by Auction House East Anglia once more, it is due to be sold at a livestream auction on Wednesday, March 20 with a guide price of £120,000 to £140,000 plus fees, on a freehold tenure.
A property description from the auctioneers states the mixed use property "comprising vacant shop and flat with off road parking and sea views" is "deceptively spacious".
It states: "The mixed use property has accommodation over four floors and extends to around 139sq m.
"The shop with large self contained flat above is in need of refurbishment and is sold as seen with vacant possession.
"It benefits from sea views and ample off road parking to the rear.
"The flat is accessed via a separate door to the right of the shop and has accommodation over two floors."
It adds: "The property lies within a conservation area, however is not listed.
"It has been in the same family since the 1960's making it a rare opportunity.
"On instruction of a power of attorney.
"This property has been identified by East Suffolk Council as a priority site for funding through the PSiCA scheme for shopfront improvements."
