A well-established monthly market will return this weekend with organisers unveiling plans for a special fundraiser.
After successfully returning for a second year in Lowestoft last month, East Point Markets will be back this Saturday, February 24.
Since it was launched in May last year, East Point Markets has brought a wide range of handmade crafts, handcrafted jewellery, local produce and much more to the Coastal Cuisine site in Lowestoft.
And as the markets are held on the last Saturday of each month, this weekend's event will see "a market fun day" taking place "to help raise funds for Fritton Owl Sanctuary."
It will take centre stage this Saturday from 9.30am to 2pm at Coastal Cuisine Ltd on Hadenham Road, on the south Lowestoft industrial estate.
Of the fundraising market fun day to help raise funds for Fritton Owl Sanctuary, organiser Michael Fairhurst said: "There will be over 20 market and craft stalls, live music, classic cars, a chance to meet the owls, a slushie van, 'selfie' photo stands, a tombola and much more."
With free entry, further details are available on its Facebook events page: East Point Markets Lowestoft.
