A former pub that has been derelict for more than 60 years could be given a new lease of life as it goes up for auction.
Time was called for last orders at the Ship Inn, on Beccles Road, Carlton Colville in Lowestoft in 1957.
Described as a three bed pub, it is set to go under the hammer at an online auction on March 20 - after being postponed before Auction House East Anglia's previous online auction on February 7.
Now the former public house is up for sale once more and it could fetch £80,000, plus fees.
Marketed by Auction House East Anglia again, the pub at 403 Beccles Road is due to be sold on a freehold tenure next month.
The property description from the auctioneers states: "The Ship was a former public house in a prominent position on the edge of Oulton Broad.
"The building is derelict and is need of complete restoration.
"Access is restricted.
"There is a beer garden to the rear and a new boundary is going to be created by the owners as they will be retaining some of the land.
"This building would create a beautiful home subject to gaining the necessary planning permission."
