A 59-year-old has been charged with drink driving after an incident in Lowestoft.
Police were called just before 2.55pm on Thursday (November 16) by a member of the public concerned about the manner of driving of a white van in London Road South.
Officers attended and stopped the vehicle, issuing a roadside breath test to the driver.
He subsequently failed the test and was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
He was taken to Great Yarmouth Police Station for questioning.
Kenneth Herbert, 59, of Henham Road in Lowestoft, has since been charged with driving above the legal limit of alcohol.
He has been released on bail to attend Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court on December 13.
