A "long established" lock up barbers shop in a coastal town is set to be auctioned off.
Now being sold "vacant", and "ready for a new occupier," the hairdresser/barber shop on Hervey Street in Lowestoft is set to go under the hammer as it is auctioned off next month.
Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, it is due to be sold at an auction on Wednesday, December 13 with a minimum guide price of £20,000 to £30,000 plus fees.
Forming part of the property auction next month, the property description from the auctioneers lists the "hairdresser/barber shop" at 39B Hervey Street, Lowestoft as being available on a "Flying Freehold" tenure.
It states: "Having been in the same ownership for around 30 years, this lock up barber shop is now to be sold vacant and ready for a new occupier.
"The shop consists of a salon with appropriate fittings for hairdressing sale, there is a WC and small courtyard area.
"It is situated in a residential area.
"Alternative uses could be available subject to planning."
The property is being offered for sale at auction in association with Steel and Co.
