Apartments in a "sought-after area" that were set to be auctioned off have been sold before going under the hammer.
A former farmhouse that has been converted into apartments in Lowestoft was listed as part of the Auction House East Anglia lots for their auction on November 1.
However, the four bedroom block of apartments at Glebe Close in Gunton, Lowestoft has now been sold for an undisclosed amount - with auctioneers saying it had been "sold prior" to the auction.
The block of apartments at 14,15,16 Glebe Close were due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction in November with a minimum guide price of £250,000 plus fees.
Featuring four bedrooms, the property description from the auctioneers stated: "Grade II listed former farmhouse arranged as three self contained apartments with off road parking.
"This freehold residential investment opportunity comprises of three self-contained apartments in the sought-after Gunton area.
"The building was converted in the 1970s and currently 14 is vacant while 15 and 16 are let on assured shorthold tenancies producing £650 pcm (£7,800 pa) and £495 pcm (£5,940 pa) respectively."
A spokesman for the auctioneers said: "Sold prior to auction for an undisclosed amount."
