The four bedroom block of apartments at Glebe Close in Gunton is set to be auctioned off.
Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, the apartments at 14,15,16 Glebe Close are due to be sold at an online auction in November with a minimum guide price of £250,000 plus fees.
For sale by auction, the block of apartments is being sold on a freehold tenure as it is set to go under the hammer on November 1.
Featuring four bedrooms, the description from the auctioneers states: "Grade II listed former farmhouse arranged as three self contained apartments with off road parking.
"This freehold residential investment opportunity comprises of three self-contained apartments in the sought-after Gunton area of the town.
"The building was converted in the 1970s and currently 14 is vacant while 15 and 16 are let on assured shorthold tenancies producing £650 pcm (£7,800 pa) and £495 pcm (£5,940 pa) respectively.
"The current income is £13,740 pa with an open market rental value fully let of around £23,000 pa or potentially higher as holiday lets.

According to the auctioneers, outside the apartments consists of a "large lawned garden area, gravelled drive and off road parking."
