A survey has been launched with people in East Suffolk being urged to have their say on "an ambitious approach" for the future.
East Suffolk Council is seeking your views on 'Our Direction 2028'.
It has been developed by Caroline Topping, leader of East Suffolk Council, and the new GLI group (Green, LibDem and Independent) administration.
Detailing the direction that the council takes for the next four years, their proposed vision – "To promote a bright, green, open, free, and fair future for all East Suffolk" - is accompanied by four key themes.
With these priorities forming the basis of the council's approach and direction across the next four years, the four themes will be Environmental Impact, Sustainable Housing, Tackling Inequalities and a Thriving Economy.
Mrs Topping said: "Our Direction 2028 is about the path we are embarking on, collaboratively, over the next four years.
"We are unashamedly advocating an ambitious approach, setting targets to help us deliver what we want to achieve by 2028.
"However, we really welcome your feedback about the direction we wish to take.
"In addition to our ambitious Vision and Themes, we also want to ensure that we continue to get the basics right at all times.
"The Council is brimming with high quality teams, delivering outstanding services to our communities throughout – and these are the strong foundations we will maintain, enabling us to deliver."
With the survey now open for all until midnight on Sunday, October 15, people are being encouraged to consider the "most important priorities" in the four themes.
