A much-loved fish and chip shop on the Suffolk coast is set for demolition after a huge fire earlier this year.
Mrs T's Fish and Chip Shop at Blackshore Quay in Southwold has announced that it will start the process of clearing the site after a blaze burned it to the ground at the start of May.
"We are going to continue with the build and bring Mrs T's back by February/March 2024," read a post on social media.
"Being a family business and our only source of income, we have to do whatever it takes to see you all again and continue with our quality fish and chips."

The blaze damaged eight of the sheds and two fish and chip shops along the quay in the early hours of Monday, May 1.
The other fish and chip shop affected by the fire, Sole Bay Fish Company, has now reopened, but several of the sheds remain damaged.
