Live music, street food, workshops, wellbeing activities and entertainment for all the family will take centre stage in a Lowestoft park this month.
With locals being encouraged to "spread the kindness" a festival will be held at Sparrows Nest on Saturday, August 26.
Lowestoft Town Council, it will see a day of "celebrating kindness and its benefits on mental health" held between noon and 8pm.
In partnership withA spokesman for Norfolk and Waveney Mind said: "The impact of a kind word or gesture can be felt in both generating the kindness and receiving it.
"Even witnessing kind acts can boost our mood.
"Kindness has the potential to bring people together even in the most trying of times and as we know connection is often so important for mental wellness.
"You can expect live music, food, workshops and entertainment for all the family."
