Take to the seas in a rare opportunity to sail on a historic fishing boat.
The Excelsior is one of the last remaining smacks still sailing out of Lowestoft.
This 100-year-old traditionally rigged wooden ship has a length overall of 77ft and was originally used for fishing.
Setting off in the morning, those taking part will have an active role to play - hoisting the sails and coiling ropes.
Once the sails are set, everyone can relax on the deck or in the saloon and learn more about the Excelsior and her history.
After lunch, the boat will be turned around to head back to land.
It will be 'all hands on deck' again to drop and stow the sails for port in Lowestoft.
The Excelsior Trust provides sailing experiences for young and disadvantaged people while preserving a historic ship.
The trip on the Excelsior is taking place on July 22 from 10am to 4pm.
It is £110 per person (over 14s only) and you must call 07981 543460 to book.
