An award-winning events agency is set to mark a special milestone in style.
Magnus PR will celebrate five years of business as it invites locals to enjoy a special river party cruise to mark its anniversary.
The events agency based in Oulton Broad, Lowestoft will mark its fifth anniversary of business on September 1 this year with a special guest DJ entertaining as part of an RnB birthday cruise.
With three sold out events already this year, Ann-marie Doggett - owner of Magnus PR - is looking forward to showcasing more in the future.
It comes as DJ Ironik will be performing a live DJ set on board the Waveney Princess.
The celebrity guest will be playing the best RnB and Hip Hop music of the late 1990s and early 2000s at this "special VIP intimate event".
DJ Ironik shot to fame with the hit single 'Stay with Me (Everybody's Free)' which went into the UK charts at number 11 on downloads alone, then charted at number 5 on release.
He was nominated for 'Best Newcomer' at the 2008 MOBO Awards and 'Best Newcomer' and Best Music Video ("Stay with Me") at the 2008 Urban Music Awards.
Mrs Doggett said: "More recently, the RnB star won the ‘Outstanding’ award at the LCCM Music awards, and is currently on a European tour before arriving to our most easterly river in September."
With Magnus PR having just celebrated a successful, sold out Havana Nights event at Well Well Well in Kirkley, Mrs Doggett also welcomed a full house at the town’s first ever Faulty Towers Dining Experience show at Coast Bar & Restaurant.
As both events were so popular, Mrs Doggett has now created another Havana Nights and Faulty Towers Christmas edition.
She said: "It has taken a long time to finally get noticed.
"I love seeing my guests enjoy different types of music and experiences, it's what drives me to continue to create more events for our area."
