A 21-year-old man will appear in court next month to face an assault charge after a pensioner was left with a broken cheekbone in a town centre shop.
Rudie Larter was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm after a 70-year-old man was assaulted in Lowestoft.
The pensioner had entered the B&M store in London Road North between 3.40pm and 4pm on Saturday, January 7 when trouble flared.
The victim is said to have been followed by another man, who grabbed him by the arm and then headbutted him, knocking him to the ground.

At the time police said the attacker then punched the victim in the body before exiting the shop, leaving him with a broken cheekbone and a cut to his nose.
With a search launched, Larter was arrested in Banham Road, Beccles in January on suspicion of assault causing GBH.
After answering bail - most recently on May 30 - a police spokesman confirmed Larter is due to appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 26.
