A Scout group nestled in the community of Pakefield in Lowestoft has reopened its Beaver colony.
After the 1st Pakefield group's Beaver colony was temporarily closed, they are now inviting youngsters and their parents interested in finding out what they have to offer to call in and see them.
With Beavers being one of the youngest sections of the Scouting family for those aged between six and eight, 1st Pakefield Group Scout Leader Dan Jackson said: "We have a thriving Scout group at Pakefield and are delighted to be reopening our Beaver colony.
"We have produced an exciting programme of activities which are fun, messy, loud and jam-packed with adventure.
"We are currently recruiting new members to our Beaver Scout colony and invite those interested to come and see the fun we are having at our Scout Hall in Kendal Road, Pakefield, Lowestoft on a Thursday evening from 5.15pm to 6.15pm.
"We plan to grow the section and increase the number of young people by offering a range of adventurous and fun activities.
"All activities as well as being enjoyable will provide the youngsters with skills for life."
