Two plots of land in the Lowestoft area are set to be auctioned off later this month.
People have the chance to own the "adjoining plots" of land off Blackheath Road, Pakefield, which are being offered for sale at auction.
Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, and offered in association with Paul Hubbard Estate Agents, they are due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction on March 22, with a guide price of £200,000 to £250,000 plus fees.
With one plot of land used as the Smith & Son caravan park, the other is a former scrap metal yard that is "currently vacant".
The property description from the auctioneers states: "Two adjoining plots of land, one used as a caravan park the other a former scrap metal yard situated in Pakefield."
The land is "situated off a 12ft wide track which can accommodate larger vehicles if required."
With the caravan park located on the first plot of land, measuring about 5,000sq ft, the auctioneers said: "Operated as a caravan site since 1969 the site currently has a rental income of £16,200pa with a potential of £19,560 fully occupied.
"There are currently three mobile homes and one touring caravan, all of which are connected to a septic tank, mains water and electric.
"LPG gas bottles are supplied to the caravans with wooden fencing around the perimeter and a gravelled courtyard."
The second plot of land, containing the former scrap metal yard, measures about 5,600sq ft.
The auctioneers said: "Currently vacant this family run scrap metal yard has been successful for over 60 years until 2016.
"Currently there is a large gravelled open plan area with wooden fencing around the plot's perimeter.
"There are a number of units on the land currently including one wooden storage unit and two smaller container units."
