A man accused of encouraging his brother to attack another man is expected to go on trial in February next year.
Nathan Carr, 30, of Sekynden Close in Oulton, Lowestoft appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Thursday, February 9.
He pleaded not guilty to encouraging or assisting his 27-year-old brother Louis Carr, of Beccles Road, Carlton Colville in the commission of an offence in May last year.
It is alleged he asked his brother to assault a man and attended the alleged incident in support.
