Group cycling, circuits, yoga and Zumba will be among more than 30 free classes being offered next weekend.
Waterlane Leisure Centre in Lowestoft will host a special group exercise weekend with a series of free classes being run on Saturday and Sunday, January 14-15.
The centre, run by Everyone Active in partnership with East Suffolk Council, will be showcasing its facilities to people from across the community over the special weekend.
It will see 14 instructor-led classes taking place, including group cycling, kettlebells, circuits, yoga and Zumba, with 18 virtual Les Mills classes also laid on - with bodypump, bodycombat and bodybalance among them.
All classes will run for 45 minutes and will be free to non-members.
A raffle will raise money for Dementia UK – Everyone Active’s charity partner – which will offer prizes including swim vouchers and personal training vouchers.
As well as this, rowing machine challenges and kettlebell challenges will also raise vital funds for Dementia UK.
Dan Hicks, Everyone Active’s regional contract manager, said: "We are really excited to be hosting this group exercise weekend and hope it will encourage people of all ages, interests and abilities through the doors.
"Our aim is to help people get 30 minutes of exercise, five times a week and this event will give a great flavour of the huge range of classes we offer, which are perfect for anyone looking to start a health and fitness drive this month.
"The event is open to everyone in the local community so please do come down, experience our fantastic classes and get to know our friendly colleagues and members."
Letitia Smith, East Suffolk Council's cabinet member for communities, leisure and tourism, said: "At this time of year, many of us will have resolved to get more active and make lifestyle changes.
"Often, the idea of going it alone or committing to an annual membership can be daunting or might put barriers in the way of us making those pledges stick.
"So I'm delighted that Everyone Active has organised these free classes and opened them up for non-members to experience what's on offer all year round.
"As a council, we welcome any initiative to help reduce health inequalities by improving access to leisure facilities for the entire community."
