This beautiful close-up shot capturing a long-tailed tit expertly dangling from a branch as it enjoys a spot of lunch has been named The Journal's Picture of the Week.
The picture was taken by Georgina Brown from Lowestoft, who used her Lumix GX8 to take the photograph at Suffolk Wildlife Trust's Lound Lakes.
Mrs Brown said: 'My husband and I were enjoying some of the winter sun we have been treated to of late, long-tailed tits move so fast and are never still for long so I put the camera on burst mode and stood waiting a while for them to come and feed.
'I got lucky when one came quite close and just hung there while eating it's breakfast.'
As our winner, Mrs Brown receives a 10in x 8in framed version of her photo from Picture Studios, of London Road North, in Lowestoft town centre. Entries can be of any subject but they must be digital images.
